One Of The Most Personal Poems I’ve Ever Shared

9teen

This is one of my earliest poems…and one I rarely spit because its so personal. I do share this with the teenage women that I mentor. In these times, so many women are forgetting they are priceless…getting caught up in a material world that is paid for by their sacred bodies. This song shows how I spent my teenage years…and also explains why as an adult I have not been swayed by attempts to purchase my soul for a price. I know I am priceless, a virtuous woman indeed.
